I have worked with Belma for 20 years, when she was arranging flowers for Safeway. Her flowers are fresher, lasting longer than the few other options for cut flowers in Kodiak. She has always been professional and efficient. DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, and instead of a compromised solution, Belma (the owner) YELLED and ARGUED with me. Had the nerve to blame my mother for the fact that their flowers were wilting THE DAY they were delivered and refused to work with me on a solution other than having "new flowers" delivered the week AFTER mother's day. Don't waste your time or your money here.
