great team of employees , new items every week , fun place to shop for anything from haircare and shoes and baby gifts to mattresses and home decor I have shopped there many times, the items are expensive but I feel that you get what you pay for. Also they will price match anywhere in the state. When you add up the shipping you pay from somewhere else many times they are the same price or even less than places off island. The new owners have really made the store warm and comforting and they always have a great attitude when I come in. I try to shop local as much as possible and this store makes it easy to want to do that. I think they all do a good job and the atmosphere is nice. The only issue I've had with them is that they've raised the prices, but not updated the websites before so you are charged more than you think you are going to pay. It happened at least once to me. It is expensive, but then again, so is everything else in Kodiak.
