Kodiak had just received it first real cold stap and we found out our pipe were frozen! So we called Scotts and asked if they could helps us out! They told us by the time we get home our water will be working! They had fair pricing and great service! I will be using them in the future! Thanks Scotts! Scott heating has always treated me with respect and has been fair on pricing. They are always available and fix my plumbing or heating problems quickly. I highly recommend them for anyone with heating or plumbing issues. Contact Larry's instead! Scott tried to charge a ridiclous amount and he also has no people skills. They charged me for the diagnostic (which they did not tell me about up front) and when I told him I was going somewhere else due to what he was charging and his non customer service skills, he told me he needed to be paid for the diagnostic (over $100 for little of his time). He doesn't care about making things right for you, only about being paid! John's Plumbing was very professional. Neither Larry's or John's charged me a diagnostic fee like this guy!
