Cy is very friendly and helpful. In my opinion the best sporting goods store on the Island. Cy and his wife are extremely kind and will help you with any question you might have. I went to Ray's to purchase a fly rod but they did not help nor go out of their way to help me out. Went to Cy's and was instantly helped and shown how to set up the rod and which flies to use.
