GCI service is not the best. But the ladies behind the counter are great and very helpful. Bad service GCI is probably the worst cable company besides Comcast I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The website is absolutely impossible, it will not let you register your email or account number, it simply says: "your account number is invalid" even when you enter it correctly." The only way to pay your bill is by mail or by automated telephone crap. Not only that, who charges data limits on their home internet plans?! GCI only...man that's one for the books. This company needs a website revamp and a usage policy revamp. Also...PUT BOTH CABLE AND INTERNET ON THE SAME BILL! Friendly staff
