DON'T TRUST THAT SHE WILL HONOR YOUR RESERVATION!!!!! We had a reservation for about three months when she called us at 1030 at night while we were travelling to Kodiak to inform us that she had decided to let someone extend their stay and we would have to share our bathroom and kitchen with him. She suggested we get a hotel room instead, which we gladly did to avoid her drama. We stayed there last summer while visiting our son who is stationed there in the U.S. Coast Guard. We had our own private apartment like lodging with full kitchen, bedroom, living room and bath. It was impeccably clean and modern and the setting was beautiful right on the water with a breathtaking view. The owners were very nice and we enjoyed talking with them one evening over dinner. I would highly recommend this place as we checked out all the local lodging while there and it was by far the nicest. Susie & Kevin
