Helpful and right next to the airport Nice place to stay helpful staff and enjoyable breakfast. Exactly what you should expect out of a Comfort Inn and maybe a little more. Fhey have an on site restaurant and bar. The beds were soft, and so were the sheets. The building is obviously old, but the rooms dont feel or smell super outdated like some budget hotels. Nice breakfast, clean rooms. The staff is all incredibly friendly. Here in Kodiak on business for a brief 3-day stay. Very comfortable room and the staff is exceptionally accommodating. Ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs and it was an exceptional meal and the drinks were awesome. The bartender was extraordinarily friendly. We had great conversation and she was nice enough to lend me her phone charger. Met the cook and she makes a mean patty melt and waffle fries. Even met with both the Owners out in the patio deck and they were extremely nice and accommodating. Planning a trip back with my family soon and am looking forward to staying here again! The Hotel is conveniently located across the street from the Kodiak Airport and right next to the Kodiak Wildlife Reserve, which garners some amazing views of the Island. Very pleasant stay...
